About the Role:
Metropolitan CCTV & Security Services are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the North East. You will be responsible for securing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and developing sales strategies to enhance Metropolitan’s presence in the security sector.
Salary:
- £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Including Car Allowance of £300 per month
- OTE Year 1: £40K+ with a generous bonus/commission package on all new contracts
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a 12-month strategic sales and marketing plan
- Secure new customers using expert sales techniques
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current teams and clients
- Promote and develop Metropolitan’s brand while protecting its integrity
- Expand business opportunities within the security sector
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record of winning new business within the security sector
- Experience working in the security sector (desirable)
- Sales training experience
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Extensive contacts and knowledge in the construction and house-building sectors
