About the Role:
We’re looking for ambitious, money-motivated sales superstars to join our team as B2B Appointment Makers. This is a full-time, permanent role where you’ll be making outbound calls to prospective clients, building relationships, and securing qualified appointments. Salary:
- £23,000 – £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission (Realistic OTE: £30K+)
- Monthly attendance bonus
- Annual salary increases when targets are met
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and establish strong business relationships.
- Identify client needs, present services, and secure qualified appointments.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress daily.
- Work closely with Business Development Executives and manage appointment schedules.
- Submit daily reports and provide updates to clients.
What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience in appointment-making or telephone-based sales.

✔ Reliable, punctual, and committed with a strong work ethic.
✔ Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
