About the Role:
We are a rapidly growing domiciliary opticians service catering to care homes across the South. Due to expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales and onboard new care home clients. Meetings are pre-arranged, allowing you to focus on presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
Salary:
£40K Basic + Commission (OTE £55-£60K) + Car Allowance + Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Attend pre-booked meetings with care home decision-makers
Present services and secure new business opportunities
Build relationships to expand market presence
Attend industry events to enhance brand awareness
Manage pipeline, track sales performance, and report on KPIs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales experience, ideally in healthcare or B2B sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven with a results-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and drive conversions
