Sophia Johnson is the Human Resources and Marketing Director at our company. Sophia has a background in business management and has always been interested in combining strategic human resource practices with innovative marketing solutions. Before joining us in 2018, she gained extensive experience in HR and marketing roles at a variety of fast-paced organisations.
Sophia enjoys travelling and discovering new places outside of work. She is extremely creative and talented in design, and she is always up to date on the latest marketing trends. Her enthusiasm for her work and her team is palpable, making her an invaluable member of the agency.

You can’t go wrong with a homemade lasagne, especially with garlic bread on the side. Always hits the spot.
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be an astronaut, dreaming of exploring the moon, Mars, and beyond!

I love connecting with people and finding creative ways to make things happen.

What’s a skill you’d like to learn?
Photography is definitely on my list. I’ve always admired how people capture moments so creatively.

I’d donate to Mind – supporting mental health awareness and well-being is something I really care about.
