Ishaan’s Story

Ishaan Singh is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Frontline Sales Recruitment. He began his career as a salesperson and, after gaining a few years of experience, he shifted toward recruitment.

Nowadays, he spends his time helping salespeople find roles that fit their skills, their plans, and their lives outside work. Clients and candidates describe him as calm, straightforward, and easy to speak to.

My favourite film is Inception.

I love a good plate of fresh pasta, especially when it comes with bread.

I never get tired of time in the Lake District, as it feels calm and a long way from busy city life.

It would be a combination of exploring new cities, trying local food, and having a few lazy days by the sea.

I like talking to new salespeople and helping them move into suitable roles.

I say yes to one more coffee far more often than I should.

We share ideas openly, learn from each other, and use that knowledge to give better advice to clients and candidates.

I want to give my family a better life.

It would probably be Mr Brightside.

I would love to learn the piano properly, so I can sit down and play to relax.

I enjoy MMA training, watching football, and eating delicious food.
